Mites

The WNYAHL Mites program introduces our youngest players to the fun, fast-paced world of hockey in a safe, supportive, and development-focused environment. Designed for early skill-building, the Mites level emphasizes skating fundamentals, teamwork, and confidence through age-appropriate instruction and small-area games. Our goal is to help players develop a love for the game while building strong foundational skills that prepare them for future levels of play. With positive coaching, consistent standards, and a focus on fun, the Mites program creates an exciting first step in every young athlete’s hockey journey.
